A community-first investment vision

The opportunity

A stronger stop.
A shared local vision.

The Martinsville Hub concept is designed to create multiple reasons to visit one destination: grab coffee, fuel up on convenience, charge an EV, wash a vehicle, or take a break with a dog. The goal is to pair practical roadside services with a distinctive identity and community-friendly amenities.

The project is being explored as a phased development supported by private investment and commercial construction financing. Site planning, franchise participation, permits, final costs, financing, and investment documents remain subject to diligence and approval.

Golden Ticket — early-backer recognition. The Golden Ticket concept is reserved for exclusive recognition and benefits for qualifying early donors/backers under separately defined terms. It is not a giveaway, a purchase-based promotion, or a routine customer loyalty program. Eligibility, timing, and benefits must be documented before launch.

Any complimentary coffee, event access, recognition, or other non-investment benefit is only a concept for discussion and would require approval and written terms. Benefits are not guaranteed by tier.

How participation may work

Clear terms before capital changes hands.

The intended direction is a transparent, project-specific investment model with consistent economic rights for investors in the same class, proportional to their documented interests. Exact rights, governance, dilution, and exit terms have not been finalized.

01 · Review the project

Discuss the concept, development phases, assumptions, preliminary budget, site diligence, and potential funding needs.

02 · Review formal documents

Qualified legal and financial professionals prepare or review the entity structure, offering documents, investor eligibility, risks, and proposed rights.

03 · Decide with full information

Only after due diligence and signed definitive documents would an investor make a commitment under the agreed process.

Illustrative ownership direction

Founder-led. Investor-funded.

The working concept has been to explore outside investors collectively holding up to 49% while the founder retains at least 51%, alongside commercial construction financing. This is a preliminary target—not a promise or established ownership allocation—and it may change after legal, tax, lender, and investor review.

No return, distribution, appreciation, opening date, or repayment is promised. Real estate development and private investments can result in partial or total loss of capital.
